Once your under contract, I will help walk you through the next steps before settlement. You'll have time to conduct your inspections, request any necessary repairs, secure financing and the title company will confirm you're taking clear title.
We will head to conduct our final walk through then we're off to settlement where you'll sign your paperwork and get the keys to your new home!
